LEED - A SIGN OF EXCELLENCE

Designopolis West has been officially registered with the US Green Building Council and is now pre-certified to get Egypt’s first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), a sign of excellence in environmentally responsible design, construction and operation. LEED is a rating certification system and a benchmark for high performance green buildings, providing owners and operators with tools for tangible impact on their buildings’ performance. Sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality are the five main pillars of performance upheld by LEED. Designopolis prides itself for adopting a whole-building approach to sustainability based on those pillars.

DESIGNOPOLIS CELEBRATES ITS OPENING

On June 10th Designopolis celebrated the official opening of Phase 1 with an evening of fun and entertainment, featuring a parade and live music. The evening was full of joy for family and friends.

BMW NEW 5 SERIES AT BoConcept

Before the official launch of the new 5 series, a number of distinguished BMW clients were invited to a closed room event. Held at Bo Concept, the event took place over a period of three days, weeks before it was launched.
